Over the last two years Peter Jemerson has proven himself to be a hard working and reliable candidate, so much so that he's worked almost the entire time for Scotscape who never wanted to let him go.

Placement of the Month

Chris Laufs came over from South Africa looking for nursery work having completed an apprenticeship back home. He was placed immediately into a high profile garden centre in North London. Chris is enjoying the fact that he can combine his hort knowledge with customer service as he really enjoys meeting new people. Our client is delighted with Chris, commenting on his brilliant attitude to work.

Excuse of the month

We like to laugh and cry and some of the excuses we receive. This month's one is a gem: The following is an excerpt from a conversation Kerry had with a candidate who didn't turn up to work.
KERRY - "I'm calling to find out why you didn't go to work today?"
CANDIDATE - "Because I've broken my leg"
KERRY - "Oh no, when did you do that?"
CANDIDATE - "On the weekend"
KERRY - "But i put you in a job yesterday, did you not know yesterday that you had a broken leg?"
CANDIDATE - "oh, it only started to hurt more now"
