How To Create A Group

Groups are really the core of the BookGlutton site, and as the community grows we hope more and more people will give them a try. A Group lets you decide who you're chatting with, and who can see your annotations. You can start a Group by going to Manage Your Account --> Your Groups. This is where you manage the Groups you belong to, as well as the ones you're in charge of. You can click Create a Group from this page, and follow the directions for inviting friends, picking a book, and writing a description. People may request to join your Group from time to time, and that's up to you (although we think the more the merrier).

Groups can be set up from other parts of the site as well - notice the "Find a Group" button sitting beneath every book title? When you go to Find a Group you'll also have the option to Create a Group.
