The new Start Thinking Soldier campaign gives a virtual experience to let people attempt war time decision making in real time. The website provides a full video experience where you are involved in special missions, then at critical stages the commander turns to you and asks “What would you do? They like their beer in the States and it's where micro-breweries first really took off in the early 1980s, though the UK, with about 500 has more microbreweries per person than any other country in the world. This community-based beer review site lets users rate an ever growing list of over 2500 varieties, with flavour profiles and tasting notes. Importantly, it also lists similar beers you might like. In which case, I'll have another.

 


Kickers and Modern Toss

Shoe brand Kickers has teamed up with comedy show Modern Toss to produce a series of animated sketches, Random Bandits. Currently debuting the films on MySpace, plans are to involve Bebo, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook to reach the 19-34 year old target audience. Thanks to Contagious.

Fortnum's bee cam

Taking the idea of local produce for local markets to an extreme, Fortnum & Mason has relocated some of its Shropshire honey bees to rooftop hives on its Piccadilly building.
